Terms and Conditions to submit the entries This “#dekholive” campaign is brought to you by Myzek Logistics Pvt Ltd (MLPL/We/Us). Please read these terms and conditions (“TnCs”) carefully before entering into the contest. You agree that, by participating in this Lucky draw contest, you hereby agree to the below mentioned terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Dropon

Details of the Contest

  • The Lucky Draw will go live on 9th October 2023 at 10 AM and will end on 13th October 2023 at 04:00 PM.
  • During the period of Lucky Draw, 1 (one) lucky winner will be announced as more specifically stated below:

From 9th October 2023 at 10 AM – 13th October 2023 at 04:00 PM – 1 winner.

  • All users transacting on Dropon (Web/MWeb and Mobile App), during the above-mentioned time-period will be eligible for the lucky draw and stand a chance to win a ticket to the India Vs Pakistan match of ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
  • Only the users transacting during the duration of lucky draw shall be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
  • Winners will be announced on 13th of October after 4:00 PM on Dropon Social Media handles:

How to participate

  • To be eligible to enter the #dekholive lucky draw to win a ticket for India Vs Pakistan match of ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, the participant will have to avail any of the paid services on Dropon
  • Once the user transacts for Min 1 time on the Dropon mobile app, he/she will automatically become a part of the lucky draw participants for the campaign time-period.
  • The order on Dropon needs to be a completed i.e., order booking and payment needs to be completed.

Eligibility

• Contestant to be 18+ years old or above to be eligible to win.

• Contestant to be a resident of India.

  • User must follow Dropon’s social media pages

• Participants should be registered user on Dropon App.

• Please note that once contacted via DM, if the winner does not give his/her details within 2 hours, the participant will be disqualified for the ticket prize and another winner will be shortlisted.

Winner Selection & prizes

 • In total, 1 winner will be selected through lucky draw who shall receive the 1 (one) ticket to the India Vs Pakistan Match of ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 scheduled at Narendra Modi Stadium, Motera, Ahmedabad.

 • winner to receive 1 (one) ticket to the India Vs Pakistan match of ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.

• The ticket will be handed over to the winner in person at Atal Pedestrian Bridge, Ahmedabad.

• The winner will be contacted by Dropon Customer Support team executive.

• Winner will be requested to share his/her contact details including registered mobile number, Name, E-mail ID, postal Address, recent image (soft copy) and share a valid government photo ID proof as well. The details shared herein by you will be treated to be shared with us with your explicit consent under law and no claim for any kind of violation shall be maintained against us.

• The tickets shall be handed over to the winner only at Atal Pedestrian Bridge, Ahmedabad after verifying the valid government photo ID of the winners with the details and documents shared by the winner. No request for transfer of ticket to any other person shall be entertained by us.

• In case the above details are not shared by any winner within 2 hours once Dropon team reaches out to them or if the winner refuses or unable to collect the ticket, the current winning participant will be disqualified and in replacement the next eligible winner shall be reached out to.

• In the event, the winner fails to collect the ticket from at Atal Pedestrian Bridge, Ahmedabad within the time period as intimated by the Dropon team then the ticket shall stand forfeited, and the user shall have no right on the ticket after the expiry of the time period.

Winner gratification

• winner to receive 1 (one) ticket to India vs Pakistan match of ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.

• Any additional arrangements with regards to travel/boarding/lodging etc. for receiving the ticket and watching the match at the stadium will have to borne by the winner themselves.

Other Terms and Conditions

• The participant must have a public profile on the respective social media platforms.

• MLPL reserves the right to choose the shortlisted participants for winners at its sole discretion through a random draw of lots.

• You must be the sole author and owner of the content posted.

• MLPL does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced content.

• By entering the contest, you grant MLPL (or Dropon) the non-exclusive right to reproduce/re-post the content for any purpose at any time on any media with attribution.

• MLPL decision on all matters relating to the competition is final.

• MLPL reserves the right to choose the date for announcement of the winners at its sole discretion.

• Employees of MLPL and riders of Dropon are not eligible for this contest

• MLPL is only responsible for providing match ticket for the India Vs Pakistan match of ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 and is not responsible for providing any travel and logistics facilities to the winner.

• These TnCs shall be read and construed in conjunction with ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 Tickets Terms and Conditions.
